Claims process

What information do I need?

1. Your registration
2. The other person’s registration, name , drivers licence number, type of car
3. Any photos of the damage.

What do I do?

1. Contact your insurer by phone or on the internet, most insurers want you to make a claim online
2. They will give you a list of repairers or direct you to one. You do have a choice of repairer – If you want to go somewhere you know and trust you can.
